Happy Monday everyone! And happy December! I cannot believe this is the last month of 2014. Crazy. I hope every single one of you had an absolutely amazing Thanksgiving holiday. My husband and I went back to our home-town of Dallas, TX this past week. We had a WONDERFUL time visiting our friends and family we haven't seen in awhile. We are so incredibly blessed not only that we were able to travel back to Texas, but also that we have such amazing people to go back to. Also, I know I am not the only who overstuffed this week. But, OH MY, did I stuuuffff myself!! So much delicious food. It was SUCH a fun week, and I am so thankful for everyone in my life.
I was 100% planning on posting last week. I thought out the posts and when I was going to publish them. But, being out of town, I just didn't have time to put together any posts. From now on I know, when I am going to be busy, I have to have posts completely ready to publish. I am sure all you pro-bloggers have the timing or organizing figured out perfectly. But me being somewhat new with weekly posting, I was not prepared. So I apologize for not posting at all last week. But I was able to fit in my Instagram giveaway last week, so there's that. :)
Here is an outfit I turn to probably more often than I should. I love doing casual style when I am in a hurry or just need something comfy to wear out-and-about. Also talking about comfy... this beanie is my new favorite. Fits so wonderfully. And I LOVE the pom-pom on top. It is perfect for that day I really don't want to fix my hair ( or maybe it needs a wash :) ). Also I am loving this bag from H&M. It's totally giving me a flashback of purses my mom used to have in the 90's. I am totally crushing on it. Some may shy away from black and gray, but if you do it right, it can look really chic... even when it is casual.
How was everyone's Thanksgiving? I hope you were all able to spend lots of time with family and friends. Be thankful, every day! :)
